P1 Proprietary Trading was founded in 2016 by
Lukas Havlice, who serves as Founder and CEO. With over
9 years of trading experience, Lukas has dedicated his career to
understanding the Futures markets at a professional level.
After building his foundation in the markets, Lukas worked at a well-known
Proprietary Futures Desk in Sydney, Australia. There, he learned to
interpret the markets in a way that is fundamentally different from how most retail
traders operate.
That perspective – focusing on structure, context, and risk – became the backbone of
P1 Trading. Today, Lukas mentors traders using those same principles, helping them move
away from random strategies and towards a disciplined, process-driven approach that can
